Exercise should fit in with your lifestyle & focus on your goals, therefore I offer a variety of training choices incorporated into a tailored programme combined with nutritional guidance,  to help you reach those goals.  All clients receive a comprehensive free initial consultation including health screening, fitness assessment, goal setting & timeframes, prior to commencing any exercise programme.

Training takes place in my home gym (see below) utilising my garden space when weather permits!
