Debbie has a very friendly, approachable personality and is easy to train and get along with. Don't get me wrong though - she really pushes me to the limit. I love how her well kitted out gym is private, meaning you can immediately jump on the equipment and not have to worry about other gym users. Our sessions are intense and i'm shedding fat fast. I'd recommend Debbie if you are looking to lose weight and have fun whilst doing it.

Debbie has been putting me through my paces, twice a week for just over a month now, and I can’t recommend her enough. As somebody who doesn’t really enjoy going to the gym or running, it was always easy to come with excuses not to train. With Debbie, she has formulated a really varied plan for me, that keeps things interesting, whilst pushing me really hard.

My initial goals were to get fitter, lose some weight, and tone up. With the amount of cardio work, mixed in with core conditioning and resistance work, I have already seen a vast improvement in my fitness and body tone. The flexibility also suits me, as we use Debbie’s home gym, the gym where I have been a lapsed member, as well as outside (when nice) Ultimately, with the sessions being fun, and designed to fit in with my schedule, I have literally no more excuses not to train!

I've been training with Debbie for 3 weeks now and in this short space of time my husband and I can see the great results, despite me being a light weight! Debbie gives a proper bespoke PT session, she listens & works with you to give you the exact motivation you need.  Absolutely fantastic cardio & strength workouts, brillant kettlebell training, all over body workout. Great fun PT sessions and Debbie''s Circuit classes on Wednesdays @ Datchet Baptist Church are a great workout, lots of fun...get down there...make time for a good workout for your body!

Debbie has worked wonders with me! I had a gym membership & went and did the same thing each week. Now, she's taught me how to switch it up and get the most out of my time. I have a PT session every week and try to make it to Debbie's Circuit class, plus going to the gym... I've lost a total of 7 inches in the first 9 weeks of training with her. Miraculous!  Debbie is really motivational & approachable and no two sessions are the same as she tailors them so well, and will also work on/avoid certain muscles if necessary. Brilliant!
